Abstract: University teachers' capacity and their enthusiasm are directly related to the quality of talent training and the survival and development of their own. In recent years, University is facing teachers’job satisfaction not high and many other serious problems in development. CRM is a management thinking successfully used in business. The paper introduced the meaning of CRM，described the necessity of CRM used in the University management,and further discussed the specific implementation.
