The research analyzes the function components of the IDM system, and proposes a system structure of information dissemination system based on functional classification, which can give reference on building the practical information dissemination systems. The research divides the system functions into three aspects, such as management, application and support levels, and detailed analysis of each of their composition and content. The research proposes the functions model of information dissemination management system, and maps functional contents with the structure components of the information dissemination management system. The research proposes an information dissemination management system structure based on the results of the function analysis.
