Abstract: In order to provide various means for electrical charge payment, simplify tariff collection, create more convenient and favorable conditions for power supply enterprises to collect electrical charge payment so as to guarantee a timely collection, power supply enterprises have been making all possible efforts to develop channels for tariff collection. While many of those various channels are based on paper notes through financial organs or non-financial organs. Therefore, it demands power supply enterprises and tariff-collecting agencies to explore solutions to minimize manual intervention and maximize the efficiency of tariff collection. This paper exemplifies tariff collection by Rural Credit Cooperatives and introduces the applications of barcode technology in tariff collection to simplify the procedure and promote the efficiency.
