Abstract: The experimental system of liquid cooling equipment for power electronic devices has been built. By the least squares method, we have built the dynamic models of liquid cooling equipments from one step model to four step model. The error of one step models is smaller than that of other models, and the precision is satisfactory for requirement. The experimental system and modeling method can also be used to the study of the liquid cooling substrates of integrated power electronic modules based on micro-channel.
