Abstract: Aiming at embedded and trusted operating systems for the military credibility and security of fault detection and treatment, the structural design of fault detection and treatment is given. Integrating with security function of TPM proposed a system-level, module level and application-level three fault-tolerant design method of fault detection and treatment. Resources to achieved their own state and the state of the running system for monitoring and recording and reporting fault conditions and fault repair. The design method has been applied to principles of certification systems and demonstrated the credibility and security of its operating system can be solved in the military field.
