LTE physical layer protocol provides QPSK, 16QAM, 64QAM for LTE downlink modulation techniques . To achieve better spectral efficiency,it is able to choose 64QAM modulation, however, it also will inevitably bring higher error rate, so this paper does some study and analysis of modulation mapping technology.Firstly,we must set up LTE downlink physical layer simulation platform , and make some simulation analysis based on this platform , simulation result shows that the BER of QPSK modulation is least ,so QPSK modulation is better than other .
