Abstract: How to get the optimization effectiveness is the key problem in the equipment development proving. Because the factor which influences efficiency is numerous and they affect each other, it is very difficult to find the optimum parameter. Particle swarm optimization algorithm (PSO) is a kind of new the overall situation that optimizes algorithms, adopt the simple pace--the displacement model which is seeking and operating excellently to the whole space, can disappear fast, easy to realize. On the foundation of systematic efficiency of weaponry and analyze of sensitivity, based on the improved PSO, a better efficiency optimize method is put forward. This method makes the index of the efficiency to be optimized up as a particle, then employ PSO to optimize. The method need less parameters relatively to adjust, can directly adopt the real number code, the algorithm structure is relatively simple, the result is with a high credibility. Finally, the paper verified the rationality of the method through an example.
