The state of charge of communication power supply is affected by such factors as the temperature, the discharge rate, the discharge terminate voltage, etc. The quantitative analysis results of the infection degree of the facts to the state of charge are obtained by experiments. Based on this results mentioned before, combined with the features of thermodynamics and dynamics of the communication power supply, the mathematics models of the SOC in the process of discharge and charge of the communication power supply are got. Based on the resource of the single chip micyoco, the structure of the state of charge test system is given. Using the existed constant current discharge equipments, the corresponding hardware circuits are designed. Then, the software programs of the SOC test system are designed by the C programming language and the assemble language. Finally, the results of the experiments indicate that this system have a good performance and a high test accuracy.
