Abstract:
Based on the profit of technological innovation of the universities in the Eastern China, it used the foreland production function to investigate the transformation efficiency on intellectual property right of universities within 4 years from 2004 to2007.The result shows that the random foreland production function can correctly reflect the present situation of university’s IP transformation. The transformation efficiency has a big increase of Shanghai and Jiangsu, but the whole efficiency is still not notable and there is a great room for development.
