Abstract: |
The paper focuses on the essence of interests conflict between clients and contractors. Firstly, the paper analyzes cooperation model between clients and contractors in DBB model and EPC model which shows mixed cooperation and serial cooperation, which will affect the conflict. Secondly, there has dialectical relationship among conflicts, competition and cooperation. Lastly, by analyzing the interests and antagonistic behavior between clients and contractors, the paper suggests the essence be the non-complete common interests conflict and proposes the rationality of it. The key solution is to design proper mechanism.
