Abstract:	The input and output efficiency is difficult to be as the criterion of educational equipment management. This paper tries to use a system engineering approach and ISM method to analyses the influencing factors of education equipment management functions. The results show that the quality of management, management organization, educational rules and educational procedures are fundamental influencing factors of education equipment management functions.
