Abstract:	This paper has discussed existing shortcoming of conventional laboratory of electronics and the advantage of the laboratory based on Proteus. The paper has also expatiated in detail on the construction scheme of virtual laboratory, which is on Proteus. With this scheme , only a small quantity of hardware facilities are required, and as a result the problem of fund and facilities maintenance is also well solved. A mass of simulation work is actualized in the software conditions, and the laboratory greatly enhances the facilities of laboratories for students.
