Emergency response training is an essential part of emergency preparedness. The effectiveness of internal response capacity depends largely on the quality and frequency of training received by relevant staff. This paper focuses on education system and learns the benefits and advantages in emergency management training from Germany, the United States, Britain, Sweden and other developed countries. Based on the facts of emergency management training in our education system, it analyses the object, content, processes, methods, strategies of emergency management training and proposes safeguards of the implementation of training. It suggests that emergency training should be to the legal, scientific and to depth.
