Abstract: |
For the management mode of modern enterprises and their operation environment, this article analyzes the research status of the flexible organization and management by project. Through effective design process for the enterprise flexibility organization, analyze the modern enterprise project management methods, processes and characteristics, and built a Conceptual model of enterprise flexible organization structure based on management by project, and matching flexible management processes.
