Abstract:	Through analyzing the definition and essence of the conflict, the writer changes the angle of view to study the conflict management, regards the order as the main thread to associate with the conflict’s precondition, process and result, then puts forward the viewpoint about double origins. At the same time, the writer analyzes the importance of conflict management in the coordinating work of constructive project, and emphasizes that the double cores with contract and trust of the order is the key point for the conflict management in constructive projects.
