当前,卫星导航产业在全球各大经济体正如火如荼的发展、壮大,不久的将来,全球将有四大全球卫星导航定位系统(GNSS)(分别是美国的GPS、俄罗斯的Glonass、欧洲的Galileo 和我国的北斗系统)竞相媲美。目前,我国的卫星导航事业正处于一个关键时期,正经历着从引进到吸收到自主创新的重大变革。在这个特定的时期,国家将自主卫星导航系统建设列为国家科技发展重大专项之一,充分体现了其对国民经济、国家安全的重大意义。
在科技部国家遥感中心以及国内同行的大力支持下,“2009 卫星导航定位技术论坛” 由武汉大学/国家卫星定位系统工程技术研究中心、全球华人定位导航协会(CPGPS)、科技部国家遥感中心和中国全球定位系统技术应用协会四家主办,由CPGPS 协会工业委员会承办,于2009 年8月8-9 日在北京举行。本次论坛以CPGPS 论坛为基础,对其进行扩大增容,力求为国内外卫星导航科技工作者、产业界提供一个新技术、新方法和新应用的交流平台。一方面让国内的科技人员了解国际导航定位领域的前沿技术和发展动态,另一方面让海内外学者了解国内导航定位技术的发展状况和最新成果。与此同时,形成国内卫星导航产业界与科技界交流互动,从而加强这一领域全球华人的交流与联系,共同勾画卫星定位技术发展蓝图,探讨我国卫星导航系统的技术发展和应用前景,推动卫星导航技术进步与产业发展。
