Impact of Risk Management Effectiveness on Employee Satisfaction: A Study in the Case of Vietnamese Firms ()
ABSTRACT
This study aims at investigating the interactive
relationship between the effectiveness of risk management and employee
satisfaction in Vietnamese firms. The data collection tool was quantitative
with the application of structural equation modeling (SEM) based on the sample
of 571 employees in different firms with different scales, located in the North,
Central Vietnam and the South of this country. The research results brought
about both theoretical and practical contributions with specific evidence
illustrating the importance and impact of risk management effectiveness on
employee satisfaction as well as the mediating role of the two factors namely
trust and employee management effectiveness. As a result, based on the research
findings, the author proposed certain recommendations in order to improve
employee satisfaction in Vietnamese firms.
