The main source of frozen food enterprises power consumption is refrigeration equipment. Energy consumption problems of refrigeration equipment matching, operating, running and management were analyzed in this article and energy saving measures in each link of food processing, storing, transporting and marketing were proposed. These energy saving measures has practical significance to improve the enterprise profit margins and reference value for other enterprises.
