Special Issue on Prevention and Control of Environmental Risk
Environmental risk can be classified into natural environment risk and
man-made environment risk according to risk source. It refers to the
probability of causing harmful events to human health, social economy and
ecological system caused by natural causes or various social and economic
activities of human beings. Some of the concepts, principles and effects of
environmental risk are ambiguous, and they are very difficult to adapt to the
rapid social development. Therefore, the construction of environmental risk
assessment, environmental emergency response plan management, environmental
risk inspection and classification of key industries are of great significance
for the prevention and control of environmental risks.
