Special Issue on Wages and Employment

A wage is monetary compensation paid by an employer to an employee in exchange for work done. Payment may be calculated as a fixed amount for each task completed, or at an hourly or daily rate, or based on an easily measured quantity of work done.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring wages and employment. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Employment and the payment of wages
• Labour market
• Job creation
• Working age population
• Unemployment
• Minimum wage levels
• Income inequality
• Wage arrears

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Wages and Employment” should be selected during your submission.
