    Special Issue on Industrial and Organizational Psychology

     

    Industrial and Organizational Psychology(I-O psychology) makes a contribution to an organizations success by improving its employees performance, satisfaction, safety, health and well-beingand it helps organizations transition among periods of change and development. What’s moreit also assists in the selection of students for admission to colleges, universities, and graduate and professional schools as well as the assessment of student achievement, student aptitude, and the performance of teachers. As one of the most important research fields on psychology, industrial and organizational psychology is of great attractions to researches.

     

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring industrial and organizational psychology. The topics to be covered by this special issue include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Industrial and organizational psychology
    • Management psychology
    • Occupational psychology
    • Work psychology
    • Organizational behavior
    • Performance appraisal
    • Recruitment and selection

     

    Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
