Special Issue on Plant Growth and Nutrition
Plants are unique organisms that can absorb nutrients and water through their root system, as well as carbon dioxide from the atmosphere. Soil quality and climate are the major determinants of plant distribution and growth. The combination of soil nutrients, water, and carbon dioxide, along with sunlight, allows plants to grow. In order to develop into mature, fruit -bearing plants, many requirements must be met and events must be coordinated. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of plant growth and nutrition.
In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore plant growth and nutrition. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Morphological variation during growth
-
Leaf development
-
Flower development
-
Floral fragrance
-
Nutritional requirements of plants
-
The effects of minerals and nutrients on plant growth
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
