    Special Issue on Climate Dynamics

Climate is determined by the interaction of the atmosphere, the oceans, the land surfaces, the cryosphere and the biosphere. The research on climate necessarily involve the creation of coupled models of the climate system, or of portions of it, and using these models to elucidate the feedbacks between the different components, to prioritize the factors that are important in determining climate sensitivity, to explain past climate changes, to make projections of future climate change, and to assess to what extent climate change is predictable. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of climate dynamics.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring climate dynamics. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    • Climate diagnosis and modeling
    • Climate prediction
    • Atmospheric circulation
    • Dynamical meteorology
    • Ocean-atmosphere interaction
    • Cloud-climate feedback

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly specify the Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Climate Dynamics” should be selected during your submission.
