Special Issue on Atmospheric Exploration
Atmospheric exploration is one of the basic branches of atmospheric science. It mainly studies the
information detection techniques, observation methods and information
processing techniques of atmospheric conditions and processes. The detected
objects include atmospheric conditions and process parameters at the ground and
at high altitude. The meteorological records and data obtained by atmospheric
sounding are the basis for weather forecasting, climate analysis,
meteorological science research and services for all walks of life.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line
researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on
exploring atmospheric exploration.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Remote sensing meteorological sounding
-
Atmospheric sounding instruments
-
Surface meteorological observation
-
Aerological sounding
-
Weather radar
technology
-
Sounding of
atmospheric aerosol and air compositions
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors
should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the
journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field
“Special Issue – Atmospheric Exploration”
should be chosen during your submission.
