    Special Issue on Sovereignty and Human Rights

     

    The principle of national sovereignty is an important criterion in dealing with inter-national relationship in the course of long-term communication, and is the basis of contemporary international relations. Human rights are the result of the continuous development of human self-consciousness, dignity and value. The realization of human rights is inevitably affected by state sovereignty, and the correct solution to the problem is to seek balance and coordination between human rights and sovereignty.

     

    In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring sovereignty and human rights. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

     

    • Sovereignty disputes
    • Assurance of human rights
    • Internationalization of human rights
    • Globalization and national sovereignty
    • Sovereignty and international interference
    • Challenge of the National Sovereignty
    • Relationship between human rights and sovereignty

     

    Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

     

    Please kindly notice that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field “Special Issue – Sovereignty and Human Rights” should be chosen during your submission.
