Special Issue on Polymer Matrix Composites Research

Polymer matrix composite is a kind of composite material which is made of organic polymer as matrix and continuous fiber as reinforcing material. With the rapid development of science and technology, polymer matrix composites are widely used in the field of high technology, including aerospace, mechanical and electrical, medical, transportation, construction and space technology. The design of this kind of composite material is of great freedom, which can meet the performance requirements by selecting the categories of functional medium and changing the ratio of functional medium. Polymer matrix composite is still one of the frontier fields in the future.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring polymer matrix composites research. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Design, preparation and characterization of polymer matrix composites
• Interfacial properties research
• Dielectric properties research
• Magnetic properties research
• Thermally conductive properties research
• Self-repairing properties research
• Application（aerospace, medical, electronic industry, rail transit,）
