Special Issue on Viscoelastic and Viscoplastic Materials

Phenomena of contact between deformable bodies or between deformable and rigid bodies abound in industry and everyday life. We model the materials behavior with elastic, viscoelastic or viscoplastic constitutive laws. The goal of this Special Issue is to provide a platform for scientists worldwide to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of viscoelastic and viscoplastic materials.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring viscoelastic and viscoplastic materials. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Viscoelastic materials
• Viscoplastic materials
• Mechanical properties
• Viscoelastic/viscoplastic behavior and structures
• Modeling and experimental aspects
• Applications
