Special Issue on Wheat
Wheat provides 20 percent of the calories and protein people consume globally. An estimated 80 million farmers in the developing world rely on wheat for their livelihoods. The crop is at risk from new and more aggressive pests and diseases, diminishing water resources, limited available land and unstable weather conditions related to climate change.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring wheat. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Wheat” should be selected during your submission.
