Special Issue on Kidney Cancer
Kidney cancer is cancer that originates in the kidneys. The kidneys are two bean-shaped organs, which are located behind our abdominal organs, with one kidney on each side of the spine. They are two organs in the body that filter the blood and remove waste material and excess water by making urine that is expelled as waste. The risk factors for kidney cancer include: smoking, obesity, high blood pressure, long-term dialysis, Von Hippel-Lindau syndrome, occupational exposure and so on.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Kidney Cancer. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
