Special Issue on Financing Mergers and Strategic Restructuring

Mergers and acquisitions (M&A) are transactions in which the ownership of companies, other business organizations or their operating units are transferred or combined. As an aspect of strategic management, M&A can allow enterprises to grow, shrink, change the nature of their business or improve their competitive position.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring financing mergers and strategic restructuring. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Failure

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
