Special Issue on Wheat Research
Wheat is the third most-produced cereal after maize and rice, in world
trade it’s greater than for all other crops combined. This grain is grown on
more land area than any other commercial food, as a forage crop for livestock,
and its straw can be used as a construction material for roofing thatch. Wheat
is also a concentrated source of vitamins, minerals, and protein. The goal of
this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all
over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and
development in the area of wheat
research.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review
articles on exploring wheat research.
Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

Health concerns on wheat

Commercial use of wheat

Production and consumption of wheat
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should
submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper
Submission System.

under your manuscript title is supposed to be specified and the research field

should be chosen during your submission.
