Special Issue on Food Processing & Technology

 

Food processing is the transformation of raw ingredients, by physical or chemical means into food, or of food into other forms. Food processing combines raw food ingredients to produce marketable food products that can be easily prepared and served by the consumer.

 

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring food processing & technology. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

 

  • Innovations in food science
  • Food safety, preservation, quality management
  • Food processing and packaging technologies
  • Food nutrition
  • Food and public health
  • Application of food technology
  • Nutritional deficiencies and nutraceuticals
  • Sensory analysis
  • food security
  • Food policy

 

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.

 

Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Food Processing & Technology” should be selected during your submission.
