Special Issue on Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery

Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery focuses on the diagnosis and surgical management of oral and maxillofacial conditions, including the diseases, injuries and defects in the mouth, head, neck, face, jaws, as well as the hard & soft tissues of the oral and maxillofacial region. It is often seen as the bridge between medicine and dentistry, treating conditions that require expertise from both backgrounds.

In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:

• Facial surgery
• Craniofacial surgery
• Maxillofacial regeneration
• Dentoalveolar surgery
• Genioplasty
• Orthognathic surgery
• Cleft lip
• Craniosynostosis
• Skull fractures
• Temporomandibular joint disorders

Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
