Special Issue on Molecular Marker
Molecular Marker (identified as genetic marker) is a fragment of DNA which is associated with a certain location within the genome. It is used as an experimental probe to keep track of an individual, a tissue, a cell, a nucleus, a chromosome, or a gene.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original researches and review articles on exploring molecular marker. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Types of molecular markers
-
Mapping with molecular markers
-
Marker-assisted breeding
-
Application in plant variety protection and pathogen identification
-
Assessing genetic diversity
-
Molecular markers in human health
-
Trend of molecular markers
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal at Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue – Molecular Marker” should be selected during your submission.
