Special Issue on Organic Fluoride Research
Organic fluoride has very important application in the pharmaceutical industry. Industrially, production of fluorocarbons relies on indirect methods because the direct reaction of hydrocarbons with fluorine gas can be dangerous at temperatures above -150 °C. Many fluorochemicals are made by halogen exchange reactions: chlorinated hydrocarbons react with hydrogen fluoride to switch out chlorine for fluorine. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and discuss various new issues and developments in the area of organic fluoride research.
In this special issue, we are going to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore organic fluoride research. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journa’s Paper Submission System.
