    Special Issue on Nanomedicine

Nanomedicine is the medical application of nanotechnology. The drug could combine with nanomaterials carrier, such as nanopartical, nanosphere and nanocapsule, to produce the nanomedicine by certain way together. And nanomedicine also could be directly to the drug raw material processing made of the nanoscale. Nanotechnology has provided the possibility of delivering drugs to specific cells using nanoparticles. Nanomedical approaches to drug delivery center on developing nanoscale particles or molecules to improve drug bioavailability. This can potentially be achieved by molecular targeting by nanoengineered devices, which is delivering drugs with cell precision. Nanomedicine has the small grain, high surface reactivity, activity efficiency and adsorption ability compared with conventional drugs due to their special surface effect and small size effect.

In this special issue, we invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles that explore nanomedicine. In this special issue, potential topics include, but are not limited to:

    •  Biomedical nanotechnology
    •  Nanocarrier
    •  Targeted drug
    •  Nano anticancer drugs
    •  Nanodrug safety
    •  Nanobiomaterials
    •  Nano diagnostic reagents
    •  Antimicrobial effects
    •  Tissue engineering
    •  Encapsulation rate, drug content and drug release

Authors should read over the journal’s Authors’ Guidelines carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.

Please kindly note that the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title should be specified and the research field “Special Issue - Nanomedicine” should be selected during your submission.
