Abstract

More and more enterprises in China are participating in the international competition, along with the speed development of the economic globalization. Simultaneously, overseas investment brings not only new external environment but also a good many contradictions and risks. In view of these existing problems, this article proposes practical ways and countermeasures to promote the majority enterprises.
