Research on the Problem of Financing Difficulty in the SMEs

Abstract

There are 3 aspects of reasons that consist of enterprise themselves, finance system and government, which lead to the difficulty in the SMEs of China. So we must search for the relevant ways to solve them: The first, enterprises need to accelerate their improvement, raise the ability of making profit factually, enhance themselves’ conception on credit, and expand the financing channel and way hardly. The second, the finance organizations need to liberate thought and bring forth new ideas actively, dispel the financial repression to the SMEs gradually, and build several levels of institutions of credit guarantee. The third, the govern-ment needs to improve the laws and regulations, and increase the supports of institutions and finance for the SMEs.
