Abstract

“5S” is “arrange”, “reorganize”, “tidy”, “clear”, “quality”. This thesis, starting from the angle of present management, to analyze the concept means and essentials of enterprises management model of “5S”, then to cooperate the management skills of “5S”ways hoping to improve the management level of our enterprises, especially for our in-dustrial enterprises.
