Prof. Sanko Sanxing Cao is associate professor, graduate advisor and director of BCont New Media Lab in Communication University of China (CUC) based in Beijing, China.

He is experienced in media content and service management, convergent network technologies and broadband new media, with about 80 papers published worldwide. He is in the editorial boards of a number of journals including Journal of CUC Science, China's Massive Media Technologies, and Chinese Broadcasting Industry. He is also the Committee Member and Reviewer of a number conferences in international academia, including IEEE ICITA(2005), ISMOT(2004), CCNR(2006), PAVIP(2006-2007), IBIMA(2007-) and National Webcast Conference and the Cable Network Summit in China.

Prof. Cao is committee member of Chinese Association of Press Technicians, the major government-organized institution of media scietists. He works mainly on the application research of multimedia technologies in the media industry. He is also board member of International Development Informatics Association and HC360 invited expert in broadcasting media domain.
