The Management Track within WiCOM 2008: Engineering, Services and Knowledge Management (EMS 2008) was held successfully from Oct. 15th to 17th in Dalian, China. This conference was co-sponsored by IEEE Communications Society, IEEE Antennas and Propagation Society, Dalian University of Technology, Wuhan University and Scientific Research Publishing. The conference consists of 8 keynote speeches, 16 oral sessions and 8 poster sessions.
