The 2nd Asia-Pacific Power and Energy Engineering Conference ( APPEEC 2010 ) was held successfully from March 28th to 31st, 2010 in Chengdu, China.

This conference is organized by IEEE Power & Energy Society (PES), State Grid of China, Siemens Ltd., China, Sichuan University, Chongqing University and Wuhan University.

This conference consists of 4 Plenary Speeches, 4 Invited Speeches, 18 Oral Sessions, 7 Poster Sessions. There are more than 800 scholars and experts attending this conference.
