Journal of Human Resource and Sustainability Studies (JHRSS) is an international journal dedicated to the latest advancements related to topics of human resource, work, and ecological sustainability. The Journal is particularly interested in articles that consider and examine the processes of human practices and interaction that shape and influence issues of ecology and sustainability. The aim of this journal is to provide an outlet for researchers interested to human resource, employment, and management issues.

All manuscripts must be prepared in English and are peer-reviewed with double-blind process. The journal expects empirical, either quantitative or qualitative, or conceptual research, as well as research constructed on inductive and deductive methodological approaches. 4) Letters to the Editor (the number of pages is not restricted);
5) Reviews or book reviews—comments and critiques (the number of pages is not restricted);
6) Advertisement – 1-2 page papers;
