Planetary health refers to "the health of human civilization and the state of the natural systems on which it depends". In 2015, the Rockefeller Foundation and The Lancet launched the concept as the Rockefeller Foundation–Lancet Commission on Planetary Health.
In the present book, thirteen typical literatures about planetary health published on international authoritative journals were selected to introduce the worldwide newest progress, which contains reviews or original researches on planetary health. We hope this book can demonstrate advances in planetary health as well as give references to the researchers, students and other related people.
