Abstract: In this paper, finite time control problem of a class
of second order state-dependent hybrid systems is considered.
According to resetting sets and resetting functions of systems,
we design a composite switching controller, which ensure the
trajectories of systems converge to the origin in finite time. A
numerical example is provided to demonstrate the effectiveness
of the proposed method.
