Special Issue on Adsorption Science and
Technology
Adsorption may be considered a prototype for all fluid–solid separation
operations. When it is conducted under countercurrent conditions, the
calculation methods required are entirely analogous to those for countercurrent
absorption or extraction. The goal of this special issue is to provide a
platform for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share,
and discuss various new issues and developments in this area of Adsorption
Science and Technology.
In this special
issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit
original research and review articles on exploring Adsorption Science and
Technology. In this special issue,
potential topics include, but are not limited to:
-
Adsorption processes
-
Adsorptive separation processes
-
Method of adsorbent regeneration
-
Mechanism of separation
-
Adsorbents and adsorption isotherms
-
Selection of sorbent
-
Equilibrium adsorption of gas mixtures
-
Comparison of models and experiments
-
Adsorber dynamics: bed profiles and breakthrough curves
Authors should read
over the journal’s For Authors carefully before
submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their
complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue”
under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Adsorption Science and Technology” should be selected during your
submission.
