Special Issue on Educational Administration, Policy and
Leadership
"Educational
Administration, Policy and Leadership" is an academic field that focuses
on the study and examination of the various aspects of managing educational
institutions, developing and implementing policies in the education sector, and
providing effective leadership within educational organizations. This
interdisciplinary area of research aims to explore topics such as educational
governance, strategic planning, curriculum development, school finance,
educational law, and the role of leadership in fostering positive change and
driving improvement in educational systems. Scholars and practitioners in this
field analyze and critically evaluate policies, practices, and initiatives to
enhance educational administration and leadership, with the ultimate goal of
improving the quality and outcomes of education at all levels.
