Special Issue on Diabetes Complications
Diabetes is a group of chronic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia, people with which have an increased risk of developing a number of serious health problems. Consistently high blood glucose levels can cause problems with other body functions, such as the kidneys, nerves, feet, and eyes. It can also put us at a higher risk for heart disease and bone and joint disorders as well as other long-term complications include skin problems, digestive problems, sexual dysfunction, and problems with our teeth and gums.
In this special issue, we intend to invite front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles on exploring Diabetes Complications. Potential topics include, but are not limited to:
Authors should read over the journal’s For Authors carefully before submission. Prospective authors should submit an electronic copy of their complete manuscript through the journal’s Paper Submission System.
Please kindly specify the “Special Issue” under your manuscript title. The research field “Special Issue - Diabetes Complications” should be selected during your submission.
