  ABSTRACT: This research explores the strategic integration of emotional intelligence (EI) within project management practices to enhance project success and team performance. Recognizing the pivotal role of EI in interpersonal dynamics and leadership effectiveness, this study proposes a comprehensive framework for aligning EI competencies with project management strategies.
