Special Issue on Planning, Controlling, and Project Management
Project
management is to plan, organize, command, coordinate, control and evaluate the
whole process from the beginning of investment decision to the end of the
project, so as to achieve the objectives of the project. Project
management techniques include critical path method (CPM), plan review technique
(PERT) and Gantt chart. The goal of this special issue is to provide a platform
for scientists and academicians all over the world to promote, share, and
discuss various
new issues and developments in the area of Planning,
Controlling, and Project Management.
In this special issue, we intend to invite
front-line researchers and authors to submit original research and review articles
